Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data. If you log in, we use Discord login (OAuth). We receive your Discord ID, username and avatar - never your Discord password. To track rewards, your Discord account is linked to your Winna username.
• Reward data. Wager totals, commission balances, raffle entries and leaderboard positions tied to code JIM, provided by the casino's affiliate reporting. Public leaderboards and raffle boards only ever show a masked version of usernames.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location). This data is aggregated and does not identify you to us personally.
• Local storage and cookies. The site stores a login token and preferences (such as theme) in your browser so you stay signed in and the site remembers your settings.

2. How we use it

We use this data to run the rewards system (calculating and paying commission share, raffles and leaderboard prizes), to prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Reward and account data is processed by our backend services and, where needed, matched against Winna's affiliate reporting. Analytics data is processed by Google. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.

4. Data retention and your rights

We keep reward records for as long as they are needed to operate the promotions and meet our obligations. You can ask us to unlink your account or delete the personal data we hold about you - contact us on Discord and we will handle it.

5. Third-party sites

Sites we link to (Winna, Kick, Discord, X and others) have their own privacy policies. What you do there is governed by their policies, not this one.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time by posting a new version on this page.
