1. Introduction

Welcome to JimmyMoney.gg! We are a rewards site for the Winna community: players who sign up and play under the affiliate code JIMreceive commission share, leaderboard prizes and raffle entries. Before using the site, please carefully review these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). By accessing or using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site. Continued use indicates your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • "Site": JimmyMoney.gg, including all subdomains, mobile versions and related services.
  • "User": Any individual accessing or using the site, whether logged in or as a guest.
  • "Account": Your user profile on the site, created by logging in with Discord and linking your Winna username.
  • "Code": The affiliate / referral code JIM on Winna. Play is only tracked for rewards while your casino account is registered under this code.
  • "Rewards": Commission share payouts, leaderboard prizes, raffle prizes, giveaways and any other promotional benefits offered through the site.
  • "Casino": Winna, the third-party gambling site we promote as an affiliate.
  • "Privacy Policy": Our guidelines on how we collect, use and protect your personal information, available at /privacy.

3. Site Purpose

JimmyMoney.gg is an affiliate and community rewards site. We are not a casino, we do not accept wagers, and we do not operate any gambling ourselves. All gambling takes place on the Casino under its own terms and conditions.

  • The site displays reward figures (commission, leaderboard ranks, raffle entries) based on the Casino's affiliate reporting.
  • Any offer must be verified directly on the Casino's own website - the Casino's terms prevail over anything shown here.
  • We may earn affiliate commission from the Casino for players referred under the Code.

4. Eligibility

To use the site and take part in any Rewards, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • Use the site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Register only one Account per individual, household and IP address.
  • Be legally allowed to use the Casino in your jurisdiction. It is the User's responsibility to check that online gambling is legal where they live before playing.

5. Registration and Login

5.1 Creating an Account

  • Users log in with a verified Discord account and link their Winna username so play under the Code can be matched to them.
  • Account details must be kept secure. Sharing credentials is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
  • Linking a Winna username that is not yours is prohibited.

5.2 Accessing the Site

  • Once logged in, your commission balance, raffle entries and leaderboard rank track automatically from your play under the Code.
  • Rewards are non-transferable between Accounts.

6. Rewards

6.1 Commission Share

  • The Casino pays affiliates a commission based on tracked play under the Code. We pass this commission back to the player who generated it, credited to their balance on the site.
  • Balances can be requested for payout at any time. Payouts are processed manually and can take up to 24 hours or longer.
  • Commission figures come from the Casino's affiliate reporting and may lag or differ from what you see in your casino account.

6.2 Leaderboards

  • Wagering under the Code enters you into the active leaderboard automatically. Prize pools, durations and payout structures are shown on the leaderboard page and may change between races.
  • Public leaderboards display a masked version of usernames to protect player privacy.

6.3 Raffles

  • Play under the Code earns raffle entries automatically. Draw schedules, prize amounts and eligibility tiers are shown on the raffles page.
  • Winners are drawn from eligible players and paid out manually.

6.4 General

  • All Rewards are offered at our discretion and are subject to availability. They may be changed, paused or cancelled at any time without notice.
  • Rewards have no cash value until they are actually paid out.

7. Promotions and Offers

  • Individual promotions (giveaways, bonus hunts, stream events) may have their own additional terms, announced alongside the promotion. Users must review them before participating.
  • Unless otherwise stated, promotions are limited to one entry per person, household and IP address.
  • Abuse of promotions - including multiple accounts, self-referral schemes or coordinated entry farming - is prohibited and voids eligibility.

8. Responsible Gambling

Gambling is entertainment, not income - never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. The Casino offers deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion in your account settings. 9. Technical Issues

9.1 Errors and Data

  • We strive for accuracy, but figures on the site depend on third-party data sources and may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. In case of errors affecting Rewards, corrections are made at our discretion based on the Casino's official reporting.
  • We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party services or user devices.

9.2 Exploitation

  • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities on the site is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of Rewards and Account termination.

10. User Responsibilities

By using the site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when logging in and linking accounts.
  • Keep your account details confidential.
  • Use the site in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You must not:

  • Create multiple Accounts.
  • Transfer, sell or exchange Accounts or Rewards outside the site.
  • Use bots, automated tools or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate tracked play.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 User-Initiated Closure

  • Users may request to unlink or close their Account by contacting us on Discord.
  • Upon closure, unclaimed Rewards may be forfeited.

11.2 Site-Initiated Suspension

We may suspend or terminate Accounts and withhold Rewards for:

  • Violations of these Terms.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Abuse of promotions, multi-accounting or self-referral schemes.

12. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined there.

13. Intellectual Property

The content, branding and systems of this site are owned by JimmyMoney. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Winna, Kick, Discord, X and other third-party names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

14. Dispute Resolution

  • Users can submit complaints by contacting us on Discord. We aim to resolve complaints within 10 business days.
  • Reward calculations are based on the Casino's official affiliate reporting. Our decision on disputes is final.

15. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JimmyMoney is not liable for any losses arising from gambling on the Casino or any other linked site, from reliance on information shown here, or from errors, delays or downtime of the site or its data sources.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
